“No initial delivery on time. Guaranteed priority delivery- failed. Asked to cancel order- failed. Returned to store for refund- failed. An absolute joke of a company. Will be getting solicitors involved.”

“Worst company to deal with. Take no responsibility and always blame suppliers. They are a middle man and dont hold stock. you will wait weeks for a delivery. I would suggest paying more and getting a better service. I would avoid this company unless failure is your thing. Phone lines only available during 9-12 and 2-4pm”

“I received the items in good time but had to return them as unsuitable and despite delivery to Tap ‘n Shower two weeks ago, I’m still awaiting the refund that I have now had to chase. I can understand why people buy via Amazon as their returns system is slick.”
