“Product and price was good, packaging for heavy items needs to be more substantial as the first tap was broken and the box was torn, the replacement was fine.”

“What I ordered online was marked as available in stock and delivery time would be 1-2 days, which turned out to be nearly 3 weeks. Tap 'n Shower never once answered the phone on the multiple times I called. They never responded to any of my emails either when I made an enquiry to check on my order. The live chat service never worked. Very poor service indeed.”

“I purchased toilet seat, got it out of the packaging, went to fix it and noticed a crack on the rim. Because I had opened it and removed the wrapping, I couldn't return it. The crack is now right through the rim.”

“we waited quite a while waiting for delivery, which then delayed our contractor. when we managed uk get booked in for fitting we realised the bath panel, which we left boxed and sealed until fitting. was cracked. although we’d left this in its original packaging we are left with a broken bath panel unable to do anything with it.”
