“Diabolical. Taps arrived with rust !! and multiple faults - look like seconds basically. The IVR is a weird AI shocker, then no one picks up. I finally get a response to a web chat complaint promising to sort a replacement ‘that very day and haven’t heard from them since. £250 for a set of taps I can’t use. Avoid like the plague.”

“Ordered a tap and they sent me a shower. And then a week later the tap (from Germany so expected a delay). Weeks later they did collect the shower (builders signed for it amongst multiple deliveries) and all good. Not the fastest customer service but great products, great price and good final results which is what really matters.”

“They took the money for supposedly 'in stock' taps and matching waste items on 9th december but I still have not received the taps. They did contact me a day or two after placing the order to say the stuff wasn't actually in stock - what's the point of saying it was on the website? If I now order the taps elsewhere I will have to pay carriage so don't know what's best to do.”

“I requested additional information before ordering a replacement Vitra toilet seat. I found the sales department was very helpful in answering my query. I placed an order and was advised that the item had been dispatched on a Friday for next-day delivery. The courier service was Evri. The following Wednesday I received an email at 1237 saying that my delivery would arrive between 1200-1400. Not a great deal of notice. The bottom line, the product is first class. The courier service leaves a lot to be desired”
