“Truth be told I saw Lorraine Kelly recommend tails.com and thought she’s not the kind to put her name to something that’s not good quality so gave it a try as Teddy was not enjoying the food we were using and was often sick. Since buying tails he’s eaten every meal and stopped being sick. It is pricier than other brands but because Teddy is a growing puppy I feel it’s been worth it to get him eating properly. The food is delivered on time, we have never run out of food and always get a reminder before it’s due to see if we require any extras with it. I can definitely say it’s been worth trying tails.com and Teddy has thrived on the personal recipe provided for him.”

“Since my dog has been on Tails, she eats regularly because she loves the food, therefore her digestion is good (no soggy poos!) and her coat is soft and shiny. Thank you for taking the care to provide her with exactly what she wants and needs. Absolutely marvellous!”

“Amazing! Cannot say enough about tails, my baby boy loves it, he get so excited when he sees the box and waits by the cupboard it’s in every morning, plus his coat has never looked better than when I started using tails. It is convenient, amazing for your dog, personalised, and delivered, I will NEVER use another dog food other than tails!”

“We just have the dry food as he has to have hypoallergenic food and Tails wet food does not meet the requirement. He is a terrier and eats the wet food first.”

“Tails is fantastic for my dog, he loves the food (a mix of wet and dry) and I can honestly say that he enjoys every mouthful every time. Tails is also fantastic for me as I haven’t got to worry about it, Tails deliver every month and its competitively priced, if I need any extras like treats, poo bags, dentastix, even Christmas presents I can just add it on using their website or speak to one of the very helpful customer service agents. Can’t recommend highly enough.”

“The dog loves his grub now. He’d previously been picky over every brand we’d tried him with but with Tails he’s just taken to it immediately. Four months now and a clear plate at every meal!!!”

“The change in Lula’s diet was smooth and uncomplicated. Tails give an excellent service to everyone. My only wish is that instead of 11 wet food that could be 20 per month . Brilliant customer service and very very helpful.”
