“Delivery is on time, price is decent and the option to change at anytime is there. It’s great”

“My Blake absolutely loves his tails food, only food we have found that dosent upset his tummy, his coat is in excellent condition,customer service is excellent love that they email you when his next delivery is due and you can change delivery dates to suit you and is price very reasonable, and is very competitive to the other dog food companies, all the delivery drivers are excellent curtious and follow safe delivery procedures A* would definitely recommend.”

“Was really having trouble with very runny stools with Murphy and a friend recommended Tails and to tailor his food. Since using it his stools are much more solid and he wolfs his food down, he loves it. Their healthy treats we buy for him are great too. Their delivery is excellent and I love how you can change the dates and method of delivery anytime, very flexible. Would highly recommend them to anyone with a special wet nosed friend. 😊”

“Fred & Perry are the most fussy yorkies with their food have tried other brands to no avail , they absolutely love and now enjoy their wet & dry food would highly recommend . It’s fantastic to get delivered to your door and very easy to change delivery dates and ask for help .”

“Max didn’t eat very well at all for years but since changing to Tails.com he eats and enjoys his food every day. He has the wet food and biscuits which I mix together. I sometimes add a bit of hot water to bring out the flavours. His stomach has been great since using Tails which was a couple of years ago. Deliveries are prompt and the staff are quick to help when required.”

“My dogs are intolerant to certain foods and have allergies, since using tails I no longer have to use any medication and visit the vet, happier dogs and better on my purse. Very good customer service too.”

“When we first had our puppy it was a nightmare trying to find the right food that suited him and didn’t upset his stomach. Tails was recommended and we have never looked back! He absolutely loves his food and licks his lips before every meal, even though he has now been on tails for 2 years! Tails is also really flexible and also keeps you well informed around delivery etc. 100% would recommend!”

“Been using Tails for a few months now and it’s brilliant. My dog was quite fussy and being a lab that is surprising but he was getting a bit on the heavy side...since using Tails he’s been loving his food, his coat is shiny and healthy and love how tails communicate about the orders, it’s always on time! Fab company and nice to know my dog is getting heathy and nutritious food! Highly recommend!”
