“Amira was diagnosed with Pancreatitis at age 7months. I changed her dry food to Tails.com, who provide a recipe for dogs with this problem. She is now happy with her food and I would highly recommend the company & the service. Many thanks.”

“Our Alaskan shepherd loves all the food. Which is amazing. As she is normally a fussy eater & has had a delicate tummy in the past. But since having food from tails.com she has been much better & really enjoys her food. The service & delivery is excellent. & the fact I can delay my delivery date easily online if needed is perfect. Also the customer care is superb. Very helpful. Definitely recommend.”

“Very happy with the service and the quality of the food. Easy to adjust delivery dates so it reduces waste and having a large bag of food sitting around the house waiting to be opened. Food is very good quality, my collie is super fussy and I have spent a lot of time putting food he hasn't eat out for the foxes in the past. This is pretty much over now and he does enjoy his dinners much more. He has the kibble and wet food and it seems to do the trick nicely! Worth the money as I'm not throwing food away now and he does enjoy it”

“Having a new dog is hard to figure out how much to feed and them to keep them healthy. Tails was so easy!! Factor into account my dogs growth without me having to keep updating my profile”

“Buddy was overweight and I was never sure how much to feed him. Tails.com gave me an eating plan which satisfies him and he has lost the weight over 3 months. He loves the food and I feel he is having a good balanced diet. Love the easy ordering and delivery. The telephone is always answered quickly and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is actually cheaper than my previous supplier”

“My fur baby Gracie has Leishmania and needs a low purine diet. Tails have been brilliant in working with me to ensure she receives the right type of food. Gracie loves her Tails food and knows exactly what is in the box when it is delivered. Thank you Tails for an excellent service”

“Really pleased with Tails, my puppy had a few digestive problems which are sorted with Tails dry food - she loves it as well! The customer service is excellent, all queries are answered promptly and sympathetically. My fro I end is now feeding Tails to her border terrier and recommending the food to the owners of her six puppies!”

“Absolutely Fantastic customer care.. My question/concern was answered quickly and efficiently with a personal touch too.. so none of this automated customer service and my order was changed to reflect what my dogs needs and his requirements are now, due to his health conditions etc.. The products are great too. My dog is very picky these days but he never leaves his food now.. nicely packaged as well.. Great experience.. I cannot recommend you highly enough. Thank you”

“Amazing service from Tail.com. Our labrador went off his food and the advice I received was great. Tails.com accommodated the changes to food and feeding regime. Delivery is always on time. We have a very healthy happy dog thanks to tails.com. Would highly recommend.”

“Quick and easy ordering. Easy to update pet status and alter delivery dates & it always arrives well within the dates. My dogs coat is beautiful and healthy, along with great teeth. From Chewbacca the red collie dog “I woof my food & gobble it up”.”

“Casper has been on tails food for over a year and we love it. The food really agrees with his digestive system and we have had no issues at all since he has been on it. I like the customer service - its really easy to change delivery dates + / - and good communication on delivery. All in all, great value and great service.”

“My Ruby just loves this food, and she can be a bit fussy at times. We’ve had so many good flavours for her to enjoy and she has thoroughly enjoyed using her licky mat we purchased at Xmas to enjoy some mashed fruit and veg! If you’re in doubt of changing, hope these reviews help with your decision! 10/10!!”

“Our dog loves the tails food. The delivery Is always on time and saves visiting the pet store. We have noticed that our dog has lost a little bit of weight, has more energy and his skin, which was a bit dry and flaky is much improved. He also had an intermittent limp but whether it is coincidental or not he has not had a limp since he has started his tails food. Very happy with the food.”
