“I have two French bulldogs I experimented with one animal. When I went to buy for the other, I received the information that it could not be delivered to the other at the same address. Which is not logical. So I prefer to eat the ration of another brand in a pet shop. Unfortunate”

“My dog was always a very fussy eater as a puppy and found it really hard to get her to eat. No problems at all now she eats it every day. I also like the fact I don’t run out of dog food and no having to rush to the shops”

“The service from Tails. com is excellent. When I have needed to ring in, the staff are very helpful resolving any queries I may have.If needing to change any food or deliveries this is easy to do.”

“Bertie and rosa really enjoy their Tails food,we had often bought cheaper biscuits and neither ate them all until we tried Tails,although their food is slightly dearer,it is being eaten and not thrown away so it is worth the money Rosa had gained weight due to a health problem and we spoke to the dietitian who was absolutely outstanding and advised on the changes that needed to be made to her biscuits (portion size and removal of some ingredients) Delivery was an issue,nothing to do with Tails but with the carrier,once I brought this to the attention 0f Tails it was immediately resolved...one of the best customer service I have received, for that alone would highly recommend”

“I rehomed my dog Otis and I didn’t really know what to feed him .. I decided to do the free trial with Tails to see if he liked it .. He loves the wet food and of course all the treats .. He has the dry food too but he prefers the wet food . Since feeding him tails he is a lot healthier and you can see he loves it .. What I like is you can pause deliveries or change them all very easily on line .. if you don’t do online you can call them they are very friendly and helpful.Delivery is always quick never had a problem. And the price is very reasonable too . I would recommend Tails .”

“Buddy is loving his food from Tails, he eats his food straight away when put down to him. I have noticed the weight reduction which is good for his joints and heart. Food is delivered on time straight to your door. Good customer service . Price is great for a meal designed for your pooch.”

“Can't speak highly enough about Tails.com........my first experience of having a dog and was difficult to choose from all the on-line dog food companies...and am so pleased I chose Tails.com. The ordering is easy, the delivery on time and the price acceptable. Each month I have had to change my order for either more or less and the customer service is second to none - polite, efficient and helpful.”

“Excellent service I think the price reflects the quality of the food also excellent.My only negative is that 2 out my 3 monthly deliveries have arrived opened/damaged and goods missing from one This was dealt with immediately but I think you should look at the packaging problem”

“I can't even remember how we got to find out about tails.com but I'm glad we did. Twix loves her tails food that is specially tailored to her. We also buy treats for her from Tails and she loves diving into her monthly box for a good excited rummage around. We have had excellent customer service, Tails get straight back to you after you've messaged them and always sort out what you need and have send Twix some goodies at no extra charge. Every month you can add goodies to your order or even delay your food, say, if you still had some left to use up, there's no extra cost for this and you pay only for what you order and at the same time as your order goes out. Their website is great, it shows your food, the amounts, what you're getting next and when and it's so easy to use. I can't recommend Tails enough, give it a go, you won't be disappointed. Twix agrees as well!”

“Our JR terrier, Dotty, eats anything and everything, so appreciates her special food . Our Yorkie X, Stanley, has always been fussy. Nightmare. But he enjoys his special kibble with some of his wet food on the side. So good to see him enjoying mealtimes nowadays. Both dogs get good comments from vet when visit for annual vaccinations.”

“Excellent products, after struggling to find treats for our poorly dog we were lucky to find Toby's Favourite and have not looked back since!! They are the only treats Barney has been able to have that don't cause him any issues and he loves them! i look forward to them arriving as much as he does!”

“Feeding time for Leeroy is a pleasure,he wuffs the food down never leaving a morsel.Staff are very helpful and polite.Deliveries and any changes you wish to make are easy and flexible.Although I once had a problem with a no show delivery it was rectified.I would definitely recommend tails.com.”
