We were totally ready to leave Tails after 2x price increases within 6 months however when we contacted customer services they actually dealt with us as individuals and gave explanation of the increases and showed why the increase came rather than just some blasé response.
As we had such a detailed response we chose to stay with tails.
While the food is good, their customer service kept our business.
