“Great service. I can change my delivery date to suit me (sometimes grandad gives too many treats so dont need as much food). My dog enjoys his food. The dental sticks are handy & good value, he loves the snacks. It just makes life so much easier getting everything delivered. Never had an issue with delivery. Oh and the poo bags are a decent thickness (so not too smelly!)”

“Tilly is still struggling to eat enough to be ready for her next delivery. She is a VERY fussy eater and only eats small amounts so always has surplus from the last delivery but we persist. I would try her with the wet food but I cannot sign up for a regular delivery as she probably won't eat it. I am still happy, at the moment, to continue. Thank you”

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm sorry to hear that Tilly's not getting through all her food each month, and I'd love to help with this. There's a few different options we could try to help get her more interested - from warming up the kibbles to help bring out the aromas (great for older or fussier dogs), to a change in dry food flavour or adding in some delicious wet food. If you're happy with her weight and condition on what she's eating currently, we can also reduce the amount of food we send for her each month to suit her appetite. “Customer service is very good. Dylan is happy with his kibble is energetic for a 13yr old although he has arthritis hence the reason for having Tail.Com. food. Difficult to find fault. I Don't have too worry about buying his food as it is delivered.”

“Nala absolutely loves her tails food. Her coat is glossy and she is fit and healthy. We noticed the a difference changing to tails from supermarket brands instantly. You can customise your order to suit, its easy, convenient and reasonably price.”

“We have a very poorly whippet with meningitis all though challenge to feed her . Tails.com have been absolutely fantastic and have sorted her food which she now clears her bowl and her tummy upsets are so much better . We can’t praise the team enough . Thank you to a fabulous team of caring people .”

“Although more expensive than the standard supermarket food, Boo is much fitter, healthier and energetic now she’s on her tailored diet. Customer service is very good - you can alter the feed quantities and delivery times to suit yourself. Never had to return or ask for a refund. Yodel is probably not the best courier but you can track your order.”

“Really pleased... and so is Issy which is the main thing💖. Just one thing.... as Newfoundland’s are a giant breed it is recommended that they have large kibble.... I wonder whether that could be a consideration.... there are many giant breeds!”

“I love tails.com dog food! My dog minnie loves her food, she has always had skin irritation with the grass. Since having food from tails this has been very minimal and her coat is so shiny and soft! She has been quite fussy with her food and after trying the first lot of food biscuits I told tails she wasnt really liking it and they sent me another recipe and she loves it and a few months later and still loving it! She also loves the tinned food and I chose the casserole and rice and pasta ones with meaty flavours and she eats them straight away. Would always recommend tails to everyone i can! At this hard time during lockdown it has been even better to not have to stress about not having her food and I love getting her deliveries! I say try it for your dog and they will love it like Minnie did:).”
