“Tails suits my dog perfectly. If l have had any issues the vets have sorted them out. Never had an issue with delivery. The treats have been loved by my dog too.”

“My elderly dog has colitis so can’t eat anything that’s got lots of fat in it. Once we started her on Tails specifically formulated complete she has been much better. I would recommend Tails to anyone with dogs.”

“I (we) have found that as with all diets, exercise is part of it. I walk with a stick, so Daisy has to put up with a not so fast walk. There is no access to a let-of-the-lead area near enough for me. I do not drive so it means on the lead. She has at least 30-45 minutes in the morning (5.30) and not quite as long in the afternoon. Her weight does not want to budge. I expect it would if I starved her, but she is not obese, then I would seriously look deeper into changing. Tails very kindly changed her dry food, in a trial, to see if it was better. She eats all of this one. With Tails I also found it good to be able to speak to someone about 'anything'. Good to know.”

“Firstly, Pippa loves the food. At 10 she has not been in dried food for many years so I add a little drop of gravy or Oxo on it and she just wolfs it all down and dish is so clean it looks as if it's been washed. Secondly the wet food is brilliant I always think it looks good enough to eat myself”

“We got Shadow at 8 weeks old, for the first 18 months of his life he constantly had a bad tummy. We tried 4 or 5 different brands, trying to give each one time to work. Someone recommended Tails to us and after nearly two weeks of switching over his tummy has been perfect. It’s been 3 months now and extremely happy with the results!”

“Tails are amazing! Not over-priced, Always deliver on time, very helpful and quick to answer any questions. My dog had dental surgery so I asked if they could do smaller biscuits and they did! Along with a free sample of soft treats for her too, which she now loves! Highly recommend”

“Tails has really helped my dogs diet with their tailor made food. Her digestion is better & she's managed to lose weight. They have great selection of food which you can chose & alter when you want. Also you can change delivery days. They are very flexible. If you need advice on food or healthy issues they have an excellent team who can help. I'm glad I switched my dog food to Tails I've a happy healthy dog which makes me happy.”

“Finn at 1yr was a very fussy eater which is why we decided to try Tails.com. After initial problems sorting out his food, through which we were guided by the helpful staff, he now eats everything and with gusto. Our other dog Charlie is coming up to !2 and although he was always a good eater we changed him as well. He now has more energy and can give young Finn a good run. He also is more playful. Its so good to see 2 whippets enjoying a good chase in the fields. Easy to contact for help and easy to alter profile. Happy dogs and happy mum.”

“Going from a dog who near constantly had extremely loose stools to one with 'the perfect poops' just by swapping on to Tails.com!!! It's made our other more grumpy dog distinctly less grumpy, they both have a looooad of energy. It's helped with bloating, their stools, their coats - everything!! Mega easy to adjust their food to their weight, their activity level, dietary requirements through the dashboard. 100% recommend, just give it a try and be patient, the results don't appear straight away.”

“Albert loves his food which makes for a very happy dog & owners. It always arrives on time & if there are any issues with supplies or anything I always get an email in plenty of time to change the order. Yes the cost has gone up but this is only to be expected as it is with everything else. Account is easy to access online.”

“Our dog Mala was having dreadful problems with her ears and other irritant skin issues. We contacted Tails.com and they put together a kibble mix that has made a massive difference to her condition - previously on tablets 3 times a day with cream daily and now tablets are reduced to one a day and the cream once a week!! We are still trying to get the balance of our order of dry kibble spot on but I always find the team at Tails.com really helpful and they really seem to care when I have to contact them - I was especially impressed when i phoned them and didn't leave a message but they came back to me! The ease of the service that Tails.com offer is such a positive in the busy lives we now find ourselves in. Thanks to all at Tails.com”

“The online portal is effective and clear and I love that changes can be made to our order throughout the month. Hector loves his tails food and all the treats. We love that new products are added and the Christmas hampers are amazing. I have experienced a few minor issues amd queries but these have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I have recommended Tails to a few friends who have dogs and would recommend it to everybody!”
