“Excellent scooter bought for my 9 year old son got it for Xmas and he loves it fast delivery solid scooter easy to use charge last longer than his friend who got one from another company I was worried incase it was to fast or to slow but it is just perfect thanks so much I recommend this company .”

“I first brought a hoverboard from a company online for my dughters birthday which turned out to be a scam. So now beong last minute, i put my faith in these guys. So pleasantly and happily surprised. Absolutely fabulous. Fast shipping. Hoverboard is exactly as described on the website. No issues. Would defo recommend and buy again.”

Hi Annmarie, we sorry to hear you are having trouble getting your scooter started. The Citysports scooter has an app that you need to download. You have x2 Modes on the app - zero start mode or kick start mode. Specifically to the Citysports scooter, it won't ride scooter without the app. I've attached x2 screenshots where you can see this. We will always do our best in resolving any troubleshooting issues where it's deemed possible and If this still doesn't work, we'll simply replace the item for you or refund you In full.
