Fantastic service and fast postage. Had to change an items size, and still managed to get the replacement in time for Christmas as well as the refund for the incorrect item ordered! We’ll definitely use again and would recommend.

After getting no where with kugoo to fix the broken scooter that arrived damaged, I found this shop in Leigh, Lancashire. They have been amazing fixed the issue straight away only had to wait for the parts to arrive from kugoo in china. Amazing job at scoot city

Very impressed with customer service and prompt delivery. Havent opened scooter yet as it's a christmas present but confident if there was to be an issue it would be addressed with the same excellent service

After you had received your bike you confirmed that a wire had come loose and that you wanted to return your bike. We responded to you swiftly via email and online chat confirming that you could either return the bike for a refund or we could help via online video support to help reconnect the wire. Until now we have still not had a response from you after we provided you with our support with these options. Please respond to us with a further update so that we help resolve the matter for you. ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE HANDLED WITH TERRIBLE CARE OR WANT A FALSELY ADVERTISED SCOOTER ! THEY SENT REPLACEMENT CHARGER FOR SCOOTER SO EITHER CHARGER OR SCOOTER DOES NOT WORK -DO NOT TAKE SAME RISK! FINALLY REPLIED AFTER ME CALLING 48 TIMES ABD EMAILING LOADS TOO GO TO - SCOOTERS ARE NOT CHEAPER HERE THEY ARE CHEAPER ELSE WHERE ! ADAPTER WAS ALSO FAULTY ! AS YOU CAN SEE THE CHARGER IS PLUGGED IN AND SCOOTER DOES NOT CHARGE

The damage to the charger could only have have occurred during transportation. A new charger was sent out to you yesterday and you can expect to receive it within 2 Business days. The scooter you received is official Aovo, if you are not satisfied with your order, you are welcome to return if for full refund or replacement. Once you receive your replacement charger, please return both items its original packaging. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this, we promise do everything we can to make it right. Scoot city was very helpful with regards to finding the perfect scooter for my brother. They were very prompt at answering my questions via the WhatsApp chat. Excellent the delivery was fast and UPS kept me upto date with the delivery. The m4 pro looks even better than the pictures.

Don't buy from this company, worst customer service going, don't repair anything that broken within warranty. Absolute piece of s*** of a company

We are sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with your experience with us. This comes as a surprise as initially were entirely pleased with our services to you. To confirm you had initially raised an issue with your scooter shortly after receipt. You also confirmed that you had not used the scooter. After reviewing your video support, we called out to your address within 24hrs and our technician corrected the problem straight away. Upon receipt of your scooter, it was confirmed that the display instrument had incurred damage. We also confirmed that the scooter had been used and that the issue was due to accidental damage whilst riding. After we had diagnosed the problem and the cause of it. As a goodwill gesture we did not raise this with you, we simply fixed the problem and redelivered your scooter back to you safely. I can confirm that you were satisfied with the service which we provided to you after calling out, collecting, and fixing your scooter swiftly, and we have provided attached confirmation of this which you noted via our online chat service. Shortly after receiving your scooter back from us, you contacted us again to state that you now have a puncture. We have explained that if you have a puncture you will need to need to either purchase a new tube to replace the puncture via DIY or you are welcome to send in your scooter and your won expense, and we will support you to correct this. We have already provided you with information regarding this service - https://sxcscooters.com/pages/service-repair-1 When a puncture has been incurred, in most cases this is due to not having the correct amount of PSI, the psi should be at least 40psi before usage. In our correspondence with you, we noted that you will need a purchase a new 2.5in tube. We have also provided you with video instructions on how to remove the wheel to diy replacing the tube and removing the fender - how to remove the fender - https://youtu.be/Zv5JTMQzkbo / and how to remove the back wheel to access the tube - https://youtu.be/3TSgFbJFr94 / We also confirmed that you can also purchase slime sealant, and we have provided you with video instructions -https://youtu.be/xhK1mbaHtj0 / You then need to apply air to the tire using a bicycle pump, the tire should be pumped to at least 40psi. https://sxcscooters.com/pages/how-to-prevent-a-flat-tyre-on-your-electric-scooter We will always strive to do our best for our customers, and we believe that we have provided you with excellent customer service. We understand your frustrations, but we have explained our reasons for not stepping in again to call out and repair your tire issue, as confirmed we do not cover the cost when accidental damage has been incurred, this policy is also in line with our warranty policy - https://sxcscooters.com/pages/return-warranty-policy. Punctures can occur throughout the lifespan of some e-scooters and e-bikes, the punctures simply need to be addressed either via DIY or by sending your item to us. Well I can't say enough good things about this company , I had a slight problem with the part that was sent out but it was probably down to me ordering the wrong part rather than the company ,they're customer service was brilliant they had the part picked up and they are trying they're best to get the right part from there suppliers for me . Excellent would definitely use them again .
