“The product was great and really happy with the bike. The box was a bit battered but no problems with the bike. The downside was the courier used, delivery was later the time frame quoted by scoot city. Yodel failed to deliver on the day (waited in all day to receive, as it was advised couldn’t be left with a neighbour) then delivered far later than the delivery window given by Yodel. In the future please choose a better courier service.”

“I previously had an awful time trying to get this scooter to lock in but pascual provided excellent customer service and promptly emailed me back and I managed to lock it into place finally! Shipment was long but that was due to bank holidays and weekends not the stores fault! Will update after I’ve used it a few times”

“I purchase this scooter to get to work and I can’t seem to lock it into place at the front so yeah not going well isn’t as easy as it looks seems like I’m going to snap the handle bar if I press to hard on it I’m giving up I’ve spent an hour or so now trying to do this not very happy after paying 390£ for it”

“Unreal scooter.. fast delivery and constant contact from sellers to assure its deliverd and also answered all question quickly .. just ask for a control panel Manual to be emailed as you need to play about with a couple of settings”

Our shipment times are Mon - Fri and do require a little handling time before any goods are collected and shipped out. Your order was collected on the 21st of Nov and was shipped out the day after. Tracking details were also provided to you during this time. It's now been 10 business days since your order was shipped. During our previous correspondence, we did explain that your part would be sourced and imported directly with the Kugoo manufacturer. “Not happy placer the order on the 28th july was received 4th August my son played on it on the 5th August and the tyre was bald.send all evidence and dates and im just being treated like an idiot saying they won't replace it and noe being ignored”

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service and product which you received from us back In August. We have been in communication with you since then and we have confirmed that this is one of our best-selling kid's scooters. You had stated that the tire became this way after only one use. We have confirmed that it is highly unlikely that the tire would become this way after just one use. We have confirmed with you that the warranty which you have with the manufacturer does not cover general wear and tear around tires. We confirmed with you that a new 8in tire would need to be pruchased. We will always strive to do our best to support our customers where we can in accordance with our warranty policies and procedures. You have also mentioned a brake issue, and we have requested that you forward us the video of the issue which you are having, and we will be happy to review this for you, and if a new brake is required this will be ordered under warranty.
