“Still waiting for the scooter that I recently ordered to show up, this is my third time ordering from them , while the scooter that I have bought from them has lasted very good and still does it takes a verryyyyy long time to receive them and unfortunately this will probably be my last time ordering from them because of the long wait to receive it. Pascual is nice though, very helpful.”

We will always do our best to make sure that each and every order is delivered on time, and in most cases, the products we sell, are delivered ahead of schedule. The Mankeel Silver wings electric scooter is a new product which has just arrived at our EU warehouse. We did have a small issue with UK customs for importing this model of scooter, which did cause some delay, however, this has now been resolved. “Big scooter strong and sturdy. I'm 6ft 2in and 16 stone it handles my weight fine. I have 1 gripe the open/fold mechanism opens fine but doesn't close. It took so long to get the scooter I wasn't willing to send it back for the mechanism to much fuss.”

Is simply to place the scooter's front wheel against the wall with your weight on the floorboard, give it a nudge forward at the handlebars, and this should help to release it. I wish to confirm that after receiving notification from you 2 days ago, not only did we apologize sincerely for this matter but we have also acted on this immediately to find a resolution, and in so doing, we have already shipped out a replacement fender for you, which you can expect to receive within 2-3 business days. This could only have happened during transportation, and it's not in anyone's interest to send goods out this way. All our products undergo stringent quality checks with our manufacturers before being sold to market. We apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused, whilst you wait for your new fender to arrive

We would ask you to kindly please revise your comments about the non-delivery of your order when clearly it has been delivered and signed for. Please be advised that It's not in our interest not to deliver on orders. Most of our customers are satisfied with our performance, and we are available 7 days a week via phone, email, or online chat. We are aware that you only just returned from your holiday, and it may be possible that a driver could have left the package with your neighbor. “Excellent service my sons scooter stopped working they dealt with it quick I sent in a few videos of the problem they knew what the problem was and send us out a new battery and now the scooters as good as new would definitely recommend them 100 %”

“I have still not received the kugoo M4 hub motor”

Hello John, thank you for your message. Regarding your order for the M4 Motor hub, so far we have shared your tracking details and it is on route. Currently, we are still within the agreed shipment timeframe, which we did discuss with you before placing your order with us. We did confirm that the M4 Motor hub is not a stock item, and we can only source the motor hub directly with the Kugoo manufacturer, which is based in China. So the timeframe for delivery of this specific part was going to be at least 10 - 12 business days, excl handling time. We appreciate your patience during this period and you can have full reassurance that you can expect to receive this part within the agreed timeframe, and we will continue to keep you well informed whilst your order makes its way to you. “Very happy with the service I received via the companies owner, also receiving my scooter earlier than expected. Im not at all happy with the scooter I've received (Kagoo M4 Pro) as its such an uncomfortable ride with the handle bars coming loose nearly every ride! It's just feels not well put together and a little bit dangerous when riding.”
