“The product was great and really happy with the bike. The box was a bit battered but no problems with the bike. The downside was the courier used, delivery was later the time frame quoted by scoot city. Yodel failed to deliver on the day (waited in all day to receive, as it was advised couldn’t be left with a neighbour) then delivered far later than the delivery window given by Yodel. In the future please choose a better courier service.”

“because after more than 3 weeks i didt received the kugoo m4 motor today i received the motor 8/12/21 1600pm”

Dear Mr. Rahman, we are sorry for any inconvenience. We wish to confirm, that your order was placed with us on the 18th of Nov, which falls on a Saturday. Our shipment times are Mon - Fri and do require a little handling time before any goods are collected and shipped out. Your order was collected on the 21st of Nov and was shipped out the day after. Tracking details were also provided to you during this time. It's now been 10 business days since your order was shipped. During our previous correspondence, we did explain that your part would be sourced and imported directly with the Kugoo manufacturer. “Big scooter strong and sturdy. I'm 6ft 2in and 16 stone it handles my weight fine. I have 1 gripe the open/fold mechanism opens fine but doesn't close. It took so long to get the scooter I wasn't willing to send it back for the mechanism to much fuss.”

It's customers like you who help to grow and continue in delivering great customer service and delivering superb products. With regards to the folding mechanism, the best way to help you with this. Is simply to place the scooter's front wheel against the wall with your weight on the floorboard, give it a nudge forward at the handlebars, and this should help to release it. “Hi, I gave 4 star because when the battery gets to 2 bars from 4 it just stops suddenly. When I'm charging the scooter stars from 2 bars aswell. The rest it ok, probably a battery problem an I was unlucky.”
