Hello Dariusz, to confirm the provided tracking details for your order confirms that your order was delivered to you earlier this week. It was also delivered within our stated shipment time frame. We have tried reaching out to you and until now we have not received any response from you. We assume that everything is now in order and that you've now received your package. We’re sorry to hear about your order experience at our store. Our goal is always to provide high-quality products, so we’re disappointed that we didn’t meet your expectations. After you had received your bike you confirmed that a wire had come loose and that you wanted to return your bike. We responded to you swiftly via email and online chat confirming that you could either return the bike for a refund or we could help via online video support to help reconnect the wire. Until now we have still not had a response from you after we provided you with our support with these options. Please respond to us with a further update so that we help resolve the matter for you. ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE HANDLED WITH TERRIBLE CARE OR WANT A FALSELY ADVERTISED SCOOTER ! THEY SENT REPLACEMENT CHARGER FOR SCOOTER SO EITHER CHARGER OR SCOOTER DOES NOT WORK -DO NOT TAKE SAME RISK! FINALLY REPLIED AFTER ME CALLING 48 TIMES ABD EMAILING LOADS TOO GO TO - SCOOTERS ARE NOT CHEAPER HERE THEY ARE CHEAPER ELSE WHERE ! ADAPTER WAS ALSO FAULTY ! AS YOU CAN SEE THE CHARGER IS PLUGGED IN AND SCOOTER DOES NOT CHARGE

The damage to the charger could only have have occurred during transportation. A new charger was sent out to you yesterday and you can expect to receive it within 2 Business days. The scooter you received is official Aovo, if you are not satisfied with your order, you are welcome to return if for full refund or replacement. Once you receive your replacement charger, please return both items its original packaging. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this, we promise do everything we can to make it right. We are sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with your experience with us. This comes as a surprise as initially were entirely pleased with our services to you. To confirm you had initially raised an issue with your scooter shortly after receipt. You also confirmed that you had not used the scooter. After reviewing your video support, we called out to your address within 24hrs and our technician corrected the problem straight away. Upon receipt of your scooter, it was confirmed that the display instrument had incurred damage. We also confirmed that the scooter had been used and that the issue was due to accidental damage whilst riding. After we had diagnosed the problem and the cause of it. As a goodwill gesture we did not raise this with you, we simply fixed the problem and redelivered your scooter back to you safely. I can confirm that you were satisfied with the service which we provided to you after calling out, collecting, and fixing your scooter swiftly, and we have provided attached confirmation of this which you noted via our online chat service. Shortly after receiving your scooter back from us, you contacted us again to state that you now have a puncture. We have explained that if you have a puncture you will need to need to either purchase a new tube to replace the puncture via DIY or you are welcome to send in your scooter and your won expense, and we will support you to correct this. We have already provided you with information regarding this service - https://sxcscooters.com/pages/service-repair-1 When a puncture has been incurred, in most cases this is due to not having the correct amount of PSI, the psi should be at least 40psi before usage. In our correspondence with you, we noted that you will need a purchase a new 2.5in tube. Not happy placer the order on the 28th july was received 4th August my son played on it on the 5th August and the tyre was bald.send all evidence and dates and im just being treated like an idiot saying they won't replace it and noe being ignored

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service and product which you received from us back In August. We have been in communication with you since then and we have confirmed that this is one of our best-selling kid's scooters. You had stated that the tire became this way after only one use. We have confirmed that it is highly unlikely that the tire would become this way after just one use. We have confirmed with you that the warranty which you have with the manufacturer does not cover general wear and tear around tires. We confirmed with you that a new 8in tire would need to be pruchased. We will always strive to do our best to support our customers where we can in accordance with our warranty policies and procedures. You have also mentioned a brake issue, and we have requested that you forward us the video of the issue which you are having, and we will be happy to review this for you, and if a new brake is required this will be ordered under warranty. I wish to confirm that after receiving notification from you 2 days ago, not only did we apologize sincerely for this matter but we have also acted on this immediately to find a resolution, and in so doing, we have already shipped out a replacement fender for you, which you can expect to receive within 2-3 business days. This could only have happened during transportation, and it's not in anyone's interest to send goods out this way. All our products undergo stringent quality checks with our manufacturers before being sold to market. We apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused, whilst you wait for your new fender to arrive

We would ask you to kindly please revise your comments about the non-delivery of your order when clearly it has been delivered and signed for. Please be advised that It's not in our interest not to deliver on orders. Most of our customers are satisfied with our performance, and we are available 7 days a week via phone, email, or online chat. We are aware that you only just returned from your holiday, and it may be possible that a driver could have left the package with your neighbor. Buyer Beware If your thinking of buying a Bike from this guy be sure to ask if it is in uk stock. I would give this company zero stars but you can’t. My partner had his reservations about this company but after I contacted Pascual on chat he reassured me that they were a UK based company as I didn’t want to be waiting a long time for my bike. I chose to give them a chance. I ordered my bike on the 4th June and Pascual said my bike would be with me in 7 to 10 Business days . So this is the history of my experience with this company and the one guy that’s running the company is called Pascual you deal directly with this guy. So on the 21st June I contacted Pascual who told me my bike will be with me next week. That didn’t happen either then the excuses after excuses started coming. So then I contacted Pascual again on the 23rd June and the tracking number he gave me for DHL didn’t work. When I told Pascual about this he never offered me any alternative number which left me smelling a RAT. Then he said we had a rise in bikes due to the Cornavirus which is just a farce as he being a middle man for China to get bikes in knowing full well they were on total lockdown . Emails were going back and forth almost nearly two months now with Pascual fobbing me of with his excuses and lies. Blaming the Cornavirus then we’ve had an issue with our supplier which has created a problem . Your item is in transit however when we ordered the bike our supplier informed us that there was a large delivery much sooner. This has not been the case, and this created this problem and my tracking number was still a fake tracking number . I put in a PayPal dispute to get my money back and was only refunded when I escalated this to a PayPal claim . Which PayPal ordered in my favour cos of the lies about the 7 to 10 days delivery. Pascual still informed me that if my bike should turn up I’d get a free bike. ( I believed that as much as I believed anything else he told me up to that point) So my free bike surprise is that there wasn’t any bike in the first place. I could of of ordered the bike myself from DHGATE from China which is what all he was doing and couldn’t just be honest with me. Anyone can be the middle man but to do it properly takes good management skills. There is a registered London address but is in Manchester . Very odd setup and dishonest customer services and lies. Funny cos they suddenly have a new supplier and 25 bikes in stock but won’t send me the one out that is still missing.

We apologise and fully understand your frustration in not receiving your bike. We are pursuing this and an investigation has been launched with the forwarder. As you have clearly specified and with out any delay we did provide you a full refund. We also did communicate with you and continuously provided you updates. We also did specify that should the bike be located, it would be delivered to you even though you've already receiving a refund from us. We are a credible company and our 5 star reviews reflect this, we can only apologise for this mattter which you experienced, unfortunately the covid-19 pandemic did have an impact on deliveries, especially at its peak in June. We will endeavour to keep you constantly updated during the progress of the investigation in trying to locate the bike. Since then we have seen much faster turnaround times as things are slowly getting back to normal, and again our 5 star reviews do reflect this. Thank you
