nice parts but when asked on how to install instructions were given for a different scooter with little to do with the question

I purchase this scooter to get to work and I can’t seem to lock it into place at the front so yeah not going well isn’t as easy as it looks seems like I’m going to snap the handle bar if I press to hard on it I’m giving up I’ve spent an hour or so now trying to do this not very happy after paying 390£ for it

We are sorry to hear about your fender clips. The scooter is entirely fit for purpose and you can continue using your scooter until the replacement fender clips arrive. I attach a picture of the replacements clips which we have arranged for you. You can expect to receive these clips within the next 2-3. Very happy with the service I received via the companies owner, also receiving my scooter earlier than expected. Im not at all happy with the scooter I've received (Kagoo M4 Pro) as its such an uncomfortable ride with the handle bars coming loose nearly every ride! It's just feels not well put together and a little bit dangerous when riding.

Hi James, I'm sorry to hear you not entirely happy with the Kugoo M4 Pro As with all high-performance electric scooters, there is some assembly required. We will certainly follow up with you to see if we can provide you any support. Once the handlebars have been adjusted correctly, you'll see a totally different ride. Hi Annmarie, we sorry to hear you are having trouble getting your scooter started. The Citysports scooter has an app that you need to download. You have x2 Modes on the app - zero start mode or kick start mode. Specifically to the Citysports scooter, it won't ride scooter without the app. I've attached x2 screenshots where you can see this. We will always do our best in resolving any troubleshooting issues where it's deemed possible and If this still doesn't work, we'll simply replace the item for you or refund you In full. Had the scooter 2 days been on it for a maximum of 30minutes and now its stopped working wont even charge up.
