“Hi, I gave 4 star because when the battery gets to 2 bars from 4 it just stops suddenly. When I'm charging the scooter stars from 2 bars aswell. The rest it ok, probably a battery problem an I was unlucky.”

“I can honestly say Scoot city have provided me with gold standard customer service. I would go as far as to say industry leading. Always available on the phone. Email replies were immediate and could never do enough to help you. I am blown away with the responsiveness off the team at scoot city.”
