“Ordered my credit card sized tool, over the phone, as part of my husband's Xmas present. I have 2 of these and he was always asking "have you got your thingummyjig with you?" Very efficient and friendly service. Received my order within days, although I had said it was a Xmas present so no rush. Great packaging and easy to wrap. Brilliant.”

“Very disappointed with how the product came - it had been completely crushed because the appropriate packaging had not been used and it was supposed to be a present. I also had the item engraved but a smeared oil stain was left above each letter on the wood. Not v impressed.”

“I ordered hunting knife with engraved name as a present. The knife is very good quality and for a good price, and the engraving is excellent quality and looks great. I picked standard free delivery and I got my knife delivered within two days which was very unexpected and very welcome. More than happy to shop here again!”
