“Excellent customer service and timely delivery. I received my order of 5 custom engraved Swiss Army knives within a few days of ordering. I forgot to add a location for one of the engraving sites and Swiss store called me right away and got it sorted. Knives were in my mail box two days later! Very happy with quality and efficiency.”

“Laser engraving quality is pretty poor. And overall very expensive: £166 for 8 tiny pocket knives (gift for team meeting participants: theme of mountain climbing/‘makers’)”
