“The knife I ordered was delivered promptly and had the engraving etc all done as requested. If I had a request for the future, it would be to offer more options for the placement of engraving - a few years ago I bought a knife for my son and had it engraved on both sides - that didn't appear to be an option now.”

“I am waiting for the Danish postal service to deliver the two personalised Huntsman Swiss Army knives which I ordered from Swiss Store. I may comment more when they arrive. In the meanwhile, please be aware that it was not easy to add the second personalised Huntsman (which has different wording). “Great gift for a father who's hard to buy for! Because I got the gift engraved it was taken out of it's original packaging- which of course I expected. However, it was put back into original package and sellotaped over - considering this was a gift it didn't look too great , I would have liked better packaging but no real worries as I have put it in a box with no paperwork or authenticity. Still a nice, but expensive, little gift!”

“after receiving the wrong knife and 2 emails and a phone call later to get it sorted, once I received the correct one the next day I was very happy. customer services was very quick at sorting the problem out and sent a gift for the inconvenience.”

“I bought a Swiss army knife for my husband as an anniversary gift. He was delighted with his gift. Just what he was looking for. Only criticism I have is that the engraving was very pale not easy to see. Would have preferred in a darker colour. But all in all very happy.”

“Was very prompt so was very pleased with that, product is exactly what I ordered. arrived by post rather than non existant courier so it was hassle free and delivered! Packaging could do with so readjusting as the small knife arrived rattling around in a big padded envelope .... it had come out of its box and the box is all crinkled/bent etc and as it is a gift I am disgruntled! A small padded envelope would have been better adnd probaly cheaper for posting. All in all pleases.”

“When I ordered my Swiss army pen-knife, with name engraved, I expected to have my AND the Swiss Army emblem on BOTH sides of the handle, I think this should be a choice you allow to your customers, even with a higher cost involved. Yours truly, John McNamara. 07936 424 992”
