Hopeless. Still not been delivered. "Out for delivery", and "couldn't find your address" (we are in a massive site in the middle of town where we have been for 200 years). You can't run a business with non-delivery like this.

Not very good let down by FedEx. When ever chain reaction and wiggle can do 48hr delivery. I hope the 2nd a temp to deliver is not with FedEx and with royal mail. As if I'm not at home it will go to the local depot which is 10min walk from home.

Ordered a 30 tooth boost chainring, the first item sent was a 30 tooth non-boost chainring, they're excuse "it's an easy mistake to make" this item was returned, the replacement sent is now a 32 tooth boost chainring. They're not getting a third chance to get it right, full refund requested. I worry about their knowledge and competence if the so called experts can not get simple things like part numbers correct. My advice would be to avoid.

Wrong stock picture and inaccurate description. Wrote to them with pictures to show this, and asked about refund on postage costs as fault is theirs, but no reply.

Item was not what I expected, the picture showed a different model and the description didn't give enough detail to clarify which model of drop bars it is. I sent an email and got a very short, rude answer back which felt like "though luck, it says in our TCs that pictures don't need to be accurate". Buy from somewhere else!

The description said nothing about it being a DUB BB 30/28 mm, I went back and checked. Useless to me with a 30mm RF axle

Hi Easy mistake to make. The M30 bottom bracket you ordered is meant specifically for the Praxis M30 axle system, which has a stepped 30/28mm axle. You’re welcome to send it back for a refund, or exchange for a straight 30mm bottom bracket. You could also replace the bearing in the 28mm side with a standard 6806 30mm bore bearing to fit your RaceFace chainset if that is easier for you. Bike part was £5.99 and as big as thumb nail , postage was £6.00 . Which I thought was to much

Hi Ryan, postage charge was clearly shown before checkout if you thought the price was too expensive why did you proceed with the transaction? BTW DHL courier service cost £4.85 + vat and as your order is below £40 we have no room to subsidise the shipping we don't just budget couriers suck as evri or royal mail as they are usually on strike or losing the parcels.

I've had nothing but hassle from Swinnerton cycles! The customer service is some of the worst I've experienced, say they will get back to you today and don't bother, leaving you to chase, my order had missing items, trying to get said missing items is very difficult, ended up with me going through PayPal, case is still ongoing, current status is they will only send missing items if I cancel the case first! What if I then don't receive the items or they arrive but are incorrect? PayPal is the only insurance I have, usually the case would be closed once it's resolved, not close the case then hope Swinnerton keep their word, which they haven't to date!! I'll never use again. Items in red missing.

I haven't received my order 87021 and can't contact you by email because the captcha keeps failing (both on my phone and my computer). Last shipping update was from Jan 14. If my order is lost can you please refund my credit card?

Bought an electric bike in Jubilee sale - came by post in June - electrics did not work so took it to a local bike dealer in Christchurch with experience of the brand. That began a 4 month back and forth with Fazua the battery and motor manufacturer - Swinnertons followed the story and were copied in on all correspondence and in September stated that they would try to move things forward but never got back to me. Issues were resolved finally in October by local dealer and I paid his modest fee for handling (£30) and suggested that as well as reimbursing me Swiinertons made a payment in respect of the fact that I had had no use of the bike (cost over £3000) for over 4 months - they simply paid the £30 and ignored my request for some compensation payment. Awful service!

I ordered the product didn’t hear anything from supplier tried calling no answer then I received a refund then about 2 days later they processed the payment again and sent me the wrong parts now i can’t get hold of anyone to send them back waste of time

The incorrect part was sent out. The original email reply was ignored and after calling the Swimmerton Cycles representative was arrogant and insisted that it was my fault, which it was not. Terrible customer service.

Matthew You ordered an incorrect part to what you thought it was we sent the correct part that you ordered, the fact that you ordered the incorrect part is somehow our fault? We have offered to refund the order once you have returned the order. We can only send what you order we unfortunatley cant send what you think you may have ordered our crystal ball is currently broken.
