No issue with Swinnerton Cycles... But the Ridley Kanzo Fast Mudguards are a joke. Expensive but are very poor. No instructions just came in a plastic bag. One of the screws didn't fit correctly - had to hacksaw it off. Total waste of money for me - I can't use them now.

I ordered a tyre from their website 22nd August 2023 that was showing as IN STOCK. They duly took the money out of my bank account and failed to deliver the tyre until 2nd October 2023. That's 42 days!

Poor Customer Service Purchased a Thule cycle rack, item was faulty. Numerous emails sent to try and contact Swinnerton Cycles (NO RESPONSE). Tried contacting through Amazon Pay (NO RESPONSE) Item has been returned at my expense through tracked parcel company still NO RESPONSE. Swinnerton Cycles have the worst customer care I have ever experienced. If you are unfortunate and receive a faulty item from them the only way to resolve would be via claiming through your credit card company. If you still wish to chance doing business with Swinnerton Cycles good luck!!!!

You sold me a stem that had been previously used/fitted. The big give away were the finger prints and copper grease in the threads. I only stayed with it as i was desperate, and leaving for a cycling holiday a few days later.

Ian, This stem was actually broght in from the supplier and was shipped straight out to you? if you can give us more info and some images we can look into this with the supllier.

Multiple parcels of mine were stolen at once, and Swinnerton were the only company to not send out a replacement. Swinnerton blame FedEx and FedEx are unsurprisingly no help either. Swinnerton could’ve easily resolved this and had me leave a 5 star review by simply sending a replacement - and they chose not to, leaving me out of pocket despite being the victim of a robbery that’s been logged with the met police and has a crime number.

Jack, as stated previously you requested the items to be left in your safe place, you then did not check your parcels or report them missing for 3 days after delivery, as you had requested FedEx to leave the items in your safe place you therefore took resposibility of the parcel (FedEx's Terms) due to this Fedex would not cover the delivery. Your arrangements with other suppliers may have been different but as you agreed to FedEx's terms when you requested the safe place delivery there is nothing that we can do.

Wrong bolt sent out and after an initial couple of email replies to say they were resolving the issue I'm still without the correct part and getting no reply from the company.

Not great. Bought a sram shifter set listed as a left and right shifter in the advert and on the box. Turned up and it was just a left shifter. After a few back and forth’s with Will in customer service (who was very good) I was told that the listing was wrong and it was for a single shifter. Posted the shifter back for a refund. Customer service was good, the outcome and buying experience was bad.

Das bestellte Teil ist bis Heute nie angekommen. die angaben zur Lieferzeit war schon komplett übertrieben. doch das es nie Ankommt ist dann doch einer zuviel. überhaupt nicht weiter zu empfehlen!

Hope 150 purple Cranks arrived but the hope box was not sturdy enough and had failed inside so that the cranks were banging and rattling against each other. this caused chaffing to one crank and the other had a weird dull stain on the white section. I paid full price but got shabby seconds. I emailed swinnerton and cc hope but no one replied. Seems a shame for Hope to make such a good product and be let down by a rubbish box!

Order an item which showed in stock but ended up on a long delivery. Emailed twice for delivery updates with no response. Cancelled the order as no longer required. Now the item has turned up and I need to return it.

The Top Cap for the Metron 5D ACR arrived completely damaged in a bag from FedEx. I waited almost two months for the item, even though the item should have been in stock. And now this.
