“What excellent service!!! Wheels were unfortunately overlooked by quality control and the finish far below what I had expected. After contacting Barney (who was very helpful and honest) and sending pictures of my concerns he quickly arranged for the return and replacement wheels without any fuss. Super service highly recommended. I am sure I will be purchasing from Swinnerton again in the future. Keep up the good work! Many thanks!”

“My comment is that the part I purchased was very small and could have been easily posted by Royal Mail. This would have been cheaper, faster and I would not have to have waited in for the delivery.”

“I ordered a 50 tooth chainring and with easy payment and delivery options - what I thought was the incorrect part, the team at Swinnerton Cycles contacted the manufacturer and confirmed it was an appropriate part as the previous had been discontinued. Fast and efficient service with great communication throughout. Would highly recommend A* service.”
