“Wiggle provides quality components at a competitive price and with fast delivery. I purchased an internationally branded component from Swinnerton Cycles. The component quality was as good as I expected but I was let down by poor delivery speed. In fact, I had to send an email asking where it was. Not good enough.”

“Nothing shipped after 2 weeks, after I emailed to ask where the products were. Once I received the delivery, 2 of the items were still missing. I called, and was told they would be sent the following week. It's a month later and I still do not have them.”

“There was a delay in obtaining one of the parts I required, the order "went missing", after chasing this up this was resolved, but this resulted in me having to return the item as the person repairing my bike obtained the part themselves. This aside the general customer service was good and there was no issue in my returning the part. I will use them again without hesitation, I think the missing part was just a one off.”

“Ordered some bar ends over 8 days ago and still haven't received them. Have chased up the order to be told it's with the courier but the tracking says contact the seller 🤷‍♂️ Was then told they chased the courier but haven't heard anything back”

“Ordered a trek fx carbon 4 from swinnertons online recently. Bike came within 5 days and collected from shop. Found the staff very helpfull and efficient. Very pleased with my new bike and no problems with gears,etc.”
