“Very bad customer service! Avoid if you can. Bought the bike online, used it for few times, emailed customer service about the problem but unfortunately they don’t want to help, instead they suggested you to sort out it yourself. They answered by email very late as well. Ended up spending more money to fixed my new bike on Giant branch. Avoid them if you can.”

“Chose this Domane Al2 as a winter bike. Picked it up at the shop fitted with full mudguards. Riding position set up in the shop as well as fitting pump and bottle cage. Staff could not have been more helpful.”
