“Very prompt dispatch of Ultra brake calliper. Sadly the delivery people were less good, but eventually it arrived and the part was fitted by the LBS so now back in business with many thanks to Swinnerton Cycles.”

“Took a while to despatch i had to phone and chase the item. When it arrived the manufacturers packaging straps had been removed and replaced with wire ties.”

“It took six days for a small item to arrive with express delivery, which cost a ridiculous 65% of the price of the item. It would've been quicker to stick it in an envelope & drop it in a postbox. Factoring in that I had to take the train while my bike was out of action, a £9.99 lock ring ended up costing me £60.59. I won't make that mistake again.”

“Sent wrong item. Online chat no one response. Email no response. Very poor communication. I have to call the shop. When request for the reimbursement of returning shipping cost and never receive any response.”

“The item was wrong listed,and when I contacted the company they apologised fir the error and asked for the item to be returned and the item I requested shipped. I Return the item to be told that the item I had was the same as the one I ordered, not correct. However refund was immediate and so was returned postage.”
