“Let down by FedEx Express, paid for next day delivery, FedEx Express failed to deliver, returning part to shop, FedEx Express couldn't explain why they failed to deliver when questioned. Part finally delivered after two weeks. Two week turnaround for a part that is in stock is poor.”
