“Great Customer service and a quick delivery made this an excellent buy. Ridgeback bikes are a good product and Swinnerton Cycles had a good choice at an excellent price. It would have been handy to have a build instruction, plus have the Customer booklet completed. This is a small observation”

“I ordered Q36.5 clothing on 14 May 2019, to date all I received are two requests from Swinnerton cycles to give a review. I contacted them by there email contact form, I did not hear anything back. I called their internet sales telephone nu,er it i always busy, plus in addition the number charges you extra just to ring them to see where my items are. FEdex are the delivery company...they have had them in their warehouse since Wednesday 15th May today is the 22 May and I still have no items. Hard to believe Fedex warehoue is only an hour away from me. Shocking service from all !”
