“Absolutely brilliant! I searched hi and Lo to find some suitable cycling shoes and specialist cleats as I have size 51 feet..... I only wish google put them higher up in the search engine as the service was faultless...... I called to confirm what I wanted as the web doesn’t always get it right when you don’t speak to someone and I was greeted by a friendly and very knowledgable chap. They state on the website that delivery was approximately 3 days but the gentleman promised that if I completed the order online he would get it out on a next day delivery...... well guess what, early the next morning the shoes and cleats arrived! Friendly, straightforward, helpfull and easy to use! I will definitely be using them again..... thank you for a great experience and a dose of good old fashioned customer service 👍.....”

“I live in Chicago so I obviously cannot visit the store and inspect anything in person. The fella I spoke to on the phone was super patient and well-informed about questions I had regarding Q356.6 items as they are not readily available here in the States. I'd order from Swinnerton for sure. Thank you! *Maybe it was bum luck but shipping was like 3 business days which was a treat!”
