“Had a few issues with a turbo trainer that looked used which seemed to have been an issue at the supplier end and not with Swinnerton. Within a week they’d sorted me a replacement and collected the return. Always nice to support independent stores and even better when they do everything they can to fix a problem. Will likely use again.”

“Ordered my tacx flux s around 10pm one evening and by 8 am the following morning I had an e Mail to state it had been dispatched. An hour after that I had a message from DHL to state my trainer would be with me next day. Unfortunately a delay on their part meant I got it the day after that but I was still amazed in the current climate I got such a large bulky item in such a speedy efficient way. A pleasure doing business with Swinnerton cycles and I would highly recommend and look forward to doing business again with them.”

“I contacted Swinnerton cycles before i placed my order as I wasn’t sure if i needed any additional part. My call and question was answered in a friendly, supportive and knowledgable way. I was therefore confident that when i place my order the necessary items would arrive. Delivery was swift even with the present COVID restrictions and the order was very well packed.
