“Recently purchased an oval chainring, prior to purchasing the chainring I emailed to enquire suitability with the bike I was intending to use it on. Unfortunately no reply was received. The item arrived and did actually fit without issue however the delivery was slower than advised or expected.”

“Ok buying experience. Ordered something which claimed to be in stock but turned out 'wasn't in the pick bin'. Had to wait another 2 weeks for it. Whether it's the case with Swinnerton Cycles or not, I know some other shops online claim things are in stock but actually means in stock with their supplier and sometimes that's not even the case. Fortunately I wasn't in a rush but over two weeks for what should have been a stock item leads to the 3 star choice, would have been 4 otherwise.”

“Fast service but no description on the site of the garment. Found when the tights arrived they were thermal which was not what I had preferred. Other than that they were great except for being too short in the leg, so they were returned. Refund given really quickly, so thank you.”

“Bike promptly delivered. Unfortunately there was play in the headset due to it being incorrectly set up, so there was some delay before I could ride it as we had to purchase the correct size spanners to adjust it.”

“Customer service and product knowledge is faultless . . Keen and interested staff look after you from the minute you walk in, offering advice for the customer. . Not the retailer. . A rare quality these days! However . . They promised me my new bikeon the Friday but rang Wednesdayand said they couldn't get it till the following Friday a . Not their fault I suppose but they are the suppliers and should have a second line of product availability! None the less . . I have it now and its brilliant perfect for me recommended by them so all good in the end! Thanks”

“Ordered a £5 water bottle clip had to pay an extra £7.50 for delivery, unreasonable charge for courier delivery when post would have done. Need more flexibility on website regarding delivery charges. Would not use again for accessories.”
