“Bought a Basso Venta frame which they got in very quickly and is now built up and ride's great. It came with a heavy aluminium seat post so after emailing Basso I asked Swinnerton to get me the upgraded seat post. It was quite a bit of work for them as it's not listed as a spare part but it's now on order. It's unusual to get this level of service today so really pleased”

“Great to have stock. Bike arrived in a timely manner. Packaging was well below expected standards - the bike was able to move around, rattle and rub against the insides. No apparent damage but it was lucky.”
