“Great service.”

“Well, I ordered the front light online just before Christmas and it arrived almost the next day! The price was the best online at the time and ordering was so simple. I paid using PayPal and I think it was the quickest purchase I've made - no complex web form to complete, easy-peasy! Just what online shopping should be like. Oh, the price has since dropped further but hey ho...still pleased.”

“This may sound a little odd but I had to send back my purchase yet I rate Swinnertons highly. The communications were outstanding with prompt and well written emails which sorted out my problem. I was given options but ultimately I had to send the product back for a refund. The reason I had to send back the item was because I wanted something that was no longer made but was still on the website. This must be an easy oversight to make with a huge catalogue of products. At the time I was very disappointed. As I have said, Swinnertons were very accommodating and the refund was very quick in coming after the goods were returned. So the overall experience was a good one.”

“The shoes seem like good quality and fit (bought a size bigger as per other reviews). Disappointed with the delivery; would not use them again due to poor service with DPD.”
