“Although there was no option to change delivery address when I paid by paypal on line a phone call and then e mail of the change (so there was no room for error) sorted it out. Excellent customer service, timely delivery. I know it is an excellent product. Thank you!”

“Knowingly sent the wrong size (mislabelled) shoes to me. They state in their email that it's my fault for not knowing that Bont don't label their shoes correctly and then made me pay postage in return. They knew that these shoes were not labelled correctly yet did not state so on product page. The shoes were also sold as brand new yet they turned up used. When questioned Swinnerton admitted that they were ex display. They still refused to pay return postage. I will never shop with Swinnerton ever again. Horrible customer service, treated like an idiot - which i suppose i was to have shopped with them. Avoid!!!!”

“I Google searched Spherovelo, and Swinnerton were one of the outlets shown. I had difficulty sourcing what I wanted, but Swinnerton had exactly what I needed and saved myself £6. The assistant could not have been more helpful, and arranged for free postage to Inverness, arriving in less than 48 hours. Excellent all round service.”

“The item wasn't write and I needed to return it. Swinnerton didn't reply to my email asking about Returns. Eventually I did work out via eBay how to do this no thanks to any assistance from Swinnerton. There was a £3 cost for return post which again I feel could have been made clearer pre-sales. It's very difficult and risky buying expensive clothes items online as so much is dependent upon fit. Sellers who don't acknowledge and cater for this make the shopping experience costly, arduous and all round unpleasant for Buyers.”
