“Recently, I thankfully was able to find an item at Swinnerton.com that most other retailers were out of stock on. Being in the US I was a smidge skeptical since this was my first order from Swinnerton. My experience was unbelievably fantastic! It was easy to check out and there was a full explanation of the exchange rate. What was more incredible was the shipping notifications that were spot on accurate and very fast! I could not be more happy with my purchase and I look forward to other purchases from them in the future. Thank you Swinnerton!”

“I ordered a Merida Reacto bike online but they shipped the wrong size bike. I ordered a S/M but they sent a M/L. Having ordered from the US and not wanting to pay for return shipping and more import dues I decided to keep the bike since it more or less fits me. I love the bike and it was packed well, but it was disappointing to get the wrong size from the order.”
