“Very helpful and accommodating staff. The shop owner was only too willing to stay open for us on Saturday afternoon so we could collect our son's Trek MTB bike. We are very pleased with his bike which was very promptly made available for us to collect after ordering on line. Even more pleased to say we were able to 'shop local' and support a longstanding local family business. Well done Swinnertons for keeping going in these very difficult and challenging times, we wish you all the best and look forward to good customer service in the future should we need it.”
