“Really efficient service impressed with the packaging of the bike the quality of the bike would reccomend Swinnerton Cycles to anyone thankyou. Only negative was with DHL as i was waiting 50mins for someone to speak to someone that was unprofessional and then told it wasnt arriving on that day. Arrived next day though”

“Arrived on time and all well packed. Initially I was sent an incorrect part. The sales team corrected the issue in minutes and I received the new part in two working days. Considering the working environment the service was excellent despite the initial error.”

“I received my order but it took 3 weeks, and for the first week or two, they had issued me a tracking number for a package they hadn't even dropped off at the depot. Communications around the tracking number was slow and terse, with responding to my questions about "where is my tracking number?" and "why does the tracking show you've merely generated a label?" taking days for a curt response. Overall, it wasn't a great ordering experience, although I did receive my order eventually, and am happy with it. Communications quality needs to step-up massively at Swinerton Cycles.”
