“The stafff at Swinnerton were really helpful. I needed a half size in a pair of cycle shoes and had contacted Wiggle about supplying these. They were not willing to order them in despite the brand being one that they sell. I searched for another uk supplier and came across Swinnerton. They didn’t have the item in stock but ordered them in and sent them out in days. Very impressed, great customer service and will buy from them again!”

“My product arrived when expected, and in good condition. However, when I attempted to initiate a return (it turns out I needed a larger size) I was met with no response, effectively running out the clock on their return policy. I do not expect to make purchases again from Swinnerton unless I'm comfortable with them being final.”
