“Quick and reliable when exotic spare parts are available—only here. Lazy communication when not. Knowing this, I would buy here again.”

“Seat post saddle clamp ears looked second hand with pinch bolt missing. Hole size was incorrect. Can only assume item was returned previously with fault but then resold without correct investigation. Had to clean out hole and use bolt from existing genuine trek emonda ears to make it work. Would have returned product but needed these asap to fit carbon rail seat.”

“Greatly appreciate that they stock small consumables like the Lazer Helmet KinetiCore inserts. Things like this are annoying to find. Well-priced and sent out very quickly. Cheers!”
