“Seat post saddle clamp ears looked second hand with pinch bolt missing. Hole size was incorrect. Can only assume item was returned previously with fault but then resold without correct investigation. Had to clean out hole and use bolt from existing genuine trek emonda ears to make it work. Would have returned product but needed these asap to fit carbon rail seat.”

“I ordered a pair of Shimano Mtb shoes which Swinnerton had at a very good price. I used a Shimano size guide to select the shoes I thought would fit, but unfortunately they were too small. I had a really pleasant and helpful chat with Swinnerton who recommended an alternative. I returned my purchase and first thing the next day received my refund. I was very impressed with Swinnerton’s level of service and hope to shop with them again.”
