“Recently purchased a shimano free hub for my DT Swiss wheel. Staff were very helpful as I was not fully sure which item would suit my wheels, once they identified the correct hub, it was dispatched in the post and delivery was prompt, Very pleased with winnerton service.”

“Shimano Battery came in delivery time expected and was very well protected . I managed to charge it successfully however it wasn't ideal that I had to charge from an empty state as ideally some charge should be kept in batteries such as this to maintain optimum life .”

“Good communication and service for ordering. Very polite, helpful staff. Bike was delivered but courier was not so good. Box was badly damaged and he didn't want to take a photo of the box. Eventually did. Luckily the bike seemed to be ok, thanks to good packaging. There was a scratch on the crossbar. Not Swinnertons fault but I wish that delivery drivers could be more respectful of what they deliver.”
