“The only but.. is DHL had a delivery that must be signed for and they kept missing us. Therefore couldn't leave my new saddle with a neighbour. I think signed for delivery wasn't necessary for this purchase. Also DHL didn't give delivery times.. so we had allot of waiting in.”

“Amazing customer service!! Don’t know where to begin - found Swinnerton Cycles while looking for some clip on aero bars for my new road bike. Emailed a query regarding the fitment of them. Barney responded very promptly and explained a few bits to me (I’m new to road bikes) and was really helpful from the outset. He really went above and WAY beyond my expectations - not once did he keep me waiting or not reply to a mail (and I sent quite a few!!) - he even queried exact dimensions with the manufacturer and sent that info on to me. In the mean time, the sale prices on the parts I was interested in ended, so I was a bit disappointed that I hadn’t just ordered them straight away - but didn’t need to worry - Barney still honoured the prices as they had been and had to manually create the sale (at the lower prices) and sent me a link for secure card payment which all worked very smoothly. I was so impressed that I also added on a shiny new helmet at the last minute! All arrived faster (via FedEx) than I expected and nicely packaged in a sensible sized box with scrunched paper padding (no plastic!). I’ll have no hesitation using Swinnerton Cycles again in the future and can’t recommend them highly enough! A full 5 stars for sure, and I’d make it higher if I could!”
