“Fair price for stem spacers however delivery took a week and item was very poorly packed. No protection at all, if a heavy item had been placed on top could easily of damaged them. Not even in a jiffy bag”

“I purchased a Colnago E 64 electric bike. Swinnertons processed the order efficiently, responded to my communications in a friendly and timely manner and delivered the bike on time and well packed. When I raised an issue concerning the spec. of the brakes (which eventually proved to be an error on my part!), they went to a lot of trouble to send me photographs enabling me to identify the spec. of my brakes. Thanks Craig for a thoroughly brilliant shopping experience.”
