“Originally the product didn’t arrive, but when I complained, they immediately got onto it and a replacement was promptly sent. The mirror itself was easy to fit and adjust - and gives a really useful rear view. Excellent product.”

“I'm on the other side of the pond all the way in california. I've heard about this shop on the e bike forums. I've been looking for a specific length Shimano steps speed sensor and could not find a 550 mm length as a spare until the recent day when mine failed. I researched 540 and low and behold swinnerton had them in stock. I paid extra for dhl courier service and received the part two days later ...amazing.. you guys are lucky to have such a shop in your neck of the woods. Sony amazing.”

“Requested call back for some advice/info on suitable touring pedals. Call back came through v quickly which is exceptional. The advice was first class and the subsequent order I placed for pedals and clips was delivered perfectly and the items are 100%. [I think it was a Mr Swinnerton I spoke to which is a nice touch and emphasised the nature of the business - will use again for sure)”

“Swinnerton were excellent. However their courier Hermes was a disaster. Dropped off parcel at wrong house over a week ago and still not had any info back from them. Luckily it was with a neighbour who knew us and brought it round.”

“Goods were sold at a very competitive price and dispatched very quickly with good updates re the order process received via e mail. Only reason for them not getting full marks is I tried to call them numerous times and phones just rung out. I still have not managed to get through on the phone. This said other than that they were excellent.”

“The delivery of my Elite Suito turbo trainer was very fast. I order this model because it looked easy to use and good quality. It has been one week now and I still haven't managed to get it working. The product does not have the tools in the box to enable the user to set it up and the instructions are not clear. This has resulted in me needing to pay my bike shop to set it up. So I rate Swinnerton Cycles highly, but I am disappointed with the product.”
