“I am very pleased with my experience. Bicycles are in short supply here in the US. I was able to find the bicycle I needed and it was shipped from the UK to the US within 1 week. The only thing I wasn't anticipating was the extra duty fee I needed to pay once the bike arrived in the US, but that was my responsibility for not having known about that. Despite the extra duty fee, I am thrilled that I was able to purchase the bike that I needed and that I was able to receive it in such a short amount of time.”
