“Good service, and fast response when I emailed to say item hadn't arrived after 8 days. Hermes not them. Arrived next day!”

“The delivery of my Elite Suito turbo trainer was very fast. I order this model because it looked easy to use and good quality. It has been one week now and I still haven't managed to get it working. The product does not have the tools in the box to enable the user to set it up and the instructions are not clear. This has resulted in me needing to pay my bike shop to set it up. So I rate Swinnerton Cycles highly, but I am disappointed with the product.”

“A proper cycle shop. There aren’t many about. Yes they have a web front end - but behind that are a bunch of real people who clearly love bikes and are there to help.”

“Needed an item which was sold out everywhere. Asked for notification when a part came in, they did do which enabled me to obtain what I needed a couple of days after it did.”
