I ordered items from the website that claimed to be Instock, I sent emails chasing delivery to be advised that you were waiting on stock to arrive. So I cancelled my order, as this is not the service I expected.

i purchased a Prologo Dimension NDR CPC saddle, after less then 200 miles total cycling within a month the decals on the sides of the saddle began peeling up, the ends of which are pointy and sharp chaffing my shorts. This is not Swinnerton's fault, but what is their fault is the poor replace/refund service. I have done everything customer service asked, fault description, photo's, returned. It's plain to see the saddle is faulty, maybe a bad batch were the manufacturing technique had failed - i don't know, but i have NOT been offered a refund or replacement, instead they have told me it's been forwarded to Prologo for their inspection - 2 weeks ago and still i hear nothing, i should have just returned the saddle back for a full refund under Prologo's 60 day trial/return service, Swinnerton's have my money and i have nothing to show for it, poor poor poor.

Wrong product was sent and the auto-generated returns link didn't work. When i called, the person i spoke to was helpful and emailed a new link

Purchased product on next day delivery but it was 6 days before I saw product. Emailed Swinnerton to look into it but never received a reply. When product did arrive it was well packaged and as described.

I believe that the product was not properly described. There was no shifter mechanism with the Shimano Ultegra ST-6800 item - just the lever. I would've liked to send it back or get the full item sent to me, but as I am in Australia, the extra turnaround freight would make it a costly exercise. Swinnertons are saying it is what I ordered as per part number, but I still believe that the part listing online was not clear that it was just the lever and not the gearing mechanism. Anyhow, I'll live with it, be more careful in future, and put it down to experience. Sorry, but I can't rate you any higher than two stars for this experience, since for me, it was not acceptable (which would've scored 3 stars or more).

Peter Have managed to track your order you ordered spare part Y00E98010 The is just the working part of the shifter not the complete shifter this is exatcly what you ordered.

Happy with the speed and simplicity of the ordering system. However, I wanted to return the item but my partner had inadvertently recycled the box. Swinnerton refused to receive the goods back which I feel wasn't the best customer service. I know it was my bad but feel they should still have taken the goods back. They were in perfect working order and they could easily have sold them on.

Sadly on this most recent specific purchase it wasn't perfect. The item as described for an online purchase was not what was sent. So having paid for faster delivery still got the wrong thing and had to take the postage hit on returning on top of the hassle of it. A bit annoying, but other experiences have been good. Just need to sharpen up on details perhaps sometimes as an online retailer.

Ordered a part on the 19th April from them and paid for "Express" delivery which took a week to arrive (26th April) Would hate to think how long their normal delivery takes.

I ordered two small screws for my rear mech hanger. The delivery took 10days and the P&P was £4. I was a bit disappointed about the time it took (assuming the screws were in stock) and the cost for such a tiny shipment.
