good price and fast delivery. however, the Q36.5 jersey and shorts were at least a season behind. not the same as available from Q36.5.

Sadly the wrong component was despatched to me (rear hub for disk brake instead of front normal hub) I had to pay for return. I received no reply to my email notifying the issue and certainly no apology. That’s poor service in my opinion.

Let down by FedEx Express, paid for next day delivery, FedEx Express failed to deliver, returning part to shop, FedEx Express couldn't explain why they failed to deliver when questioned. Part finally delivered after two weeks. Two week turnaround for a part that is in stock is poor.

i bought a brooks saddle bolt which is 60cm long and was charged £5 postage which i was not impressed with .

I searched for a Boost wheel online and Swinnerton advert came up so I clicked on it. However the wheel that arrived was non-Boost - there weas no way of actually ordering the wheel I wanted and the advert was entirely misleading. I had to call Swinnerton to arange a replacement and pay postage to return the wrong wheel. I'd like to be recompensed for that please.

I like th look of the RRP Proguard (rear) unfortunatley it looks good but it doesn't keep your back side clean or the dropper post, needs to be at least 150mm longer, frosty ride last night and still managed to get covered

Never sorted bike out properly had take it back but they did fix it but it's not the point everthing should be sorted before you ride away

Misleading & wrong sizes on the website, refund offered however no return label included with the order which meant I had to incur charges for the return.

Everything arrived promptly but the gloves don't appear very robust, even after one ride, and the overshoes are undersized, and are therefore very tight even on short rides.

Saracen Mantra Trail arrived well packaged but after putting together noticed that the front mech rattled against the chain in top gear. Luckily being a life long cyclist I had it tweaked within a short time. This made me realise that it might be a good idea to tighten everything up. Am I glad I did as so many small fittings for bottle/mudgaurd mounts were loose! To top it all off, I've only ridden it about half a dozen times and the brakes need bleeding as the levers have far too much slack! So thanks to Swinnerton I now need to purchase a brake bleed kit...Not Happy. As for the bike itself, the Saracen Mantra Trail is an absolute pleasure to ride. The new frame geometry technology is superb making the bike an absolute joy to ride. Very comfortable with swift and nimble handling. 10/10 for Saracen.

The customer service could be much better having bought a bike from other online companies I thought swinnerton did the bare minimum with regards to customer service. Nobody contacted me to tell me when the bike was going to be delivered till the courtier company contacted me and on a day I wasn't going to be in. I was not aware I would have to assemble the front wheel etc and thankfully I already had the tools I needed. Other companies ask when you want delivery. An email is sent ahead with the frame number so you can arrange insurance ahead in case anything happens in delivery. The bike arrives with the front wheel already attached, clear instructions on the rest of the assemble and a free tool kit and pedal spanner so you can easily put on the handlebar and pedals.

The item wasn't write and I needed to return it. Swinnerton didn't reply to my email asking about Returns. Eventually I did work out via eBay how to do this no thanks to any assistance from Swinnerton. There was a £3 cost for return post which again I feel could have been made clearer pre-sales. It's very difficult and risky buying expensive clothes items online as so much is dependent upon fit. Sellers who don't acknowledge and cater for this make the shopping experience costly, arduous and all round unpleasant for Buyers.

I wasn't informed one of the item I had order was out of stock and the wouldn't be completed for some five weeks after the order had been placed. I rang three weeks after I'd ordereder to enquiry on the situation and cancelled the item that was out of stock

A pair of new rims were missing a set of spoke nipples. It then took two weeks to send the wrong item as replacements
