i purchased a Prologo Dimension NDR CPC saddle, after less then 200 miles total cycling within a month the decals on the sides of the saddle began peeling up, the ends of which are pointy and sharp chaffing my shorts. This is not Swinnerton's fault, but what is their fault is the poor replace/refund service. I have done everything customer service asked, fault description, photo's, returned. It's plain to see the saddle is faulty, maybe a bad batch were the manufacturing technique had failed - i don't know, but i have NOT been offered a refund or replacement, instead they have told me it's been forwarded to Prologo for their inspection - 2 weeks ago and still i hear nothing, i should have just returned the saddle back for a full refund under Prologo's 60 day trial/return service, Swinnerton's have my money and i have nothing to show for it, poor poor poor.
