Not great.
Bought a sram shifter set listed as a left and right shifter in the advert and on the box.
Turned up and it was just a left shifter.
After a few back and forth’s with Will in customer service (who was very good) I was told that the listing was wrong and it was for a single shifter.
Posted the shifter back for a refund.
Customer service was good, the outcome and buying experience was bad.
