“They provided the advice I required before purchase. Handover was excellent and on the date agreed. The after sales service from David was brilliant are it always is. If other organisations offered the same level of service to world would be a better place. Nothing is too much trouble, I have not found better.”

“Simple - They were, and still are, helpful and friendly. This is our first caravan, so the process of choosing and buying it was initially a journey into the unknown... All of the team at the Reading branch were helpful, and recognised our needs as first time buyers. Everything from the initial viewing (With no pressure tactics), to the detailed demonstration of the van, to the shop accessories sales was an enjoyable experience, with no pressure ever put on us to buy anything we didnt need. The whole team that we dealt with, and continue to deal with, have been great.”

“When our brand new caravan - Luna Clubman SR was PDI'D it was obviously not inspected properly. The main lights are faulty. We cannot turn the main lights off or dim them allowing us to be able to leave the lower lights available for going to bed and reading. All or nothing. We are extremely disappointed. We went for a new one to eliminate things like this.”

“To be honest we originally went to Popes in Bedfordshire and had the most appalling service and then came to Oxford Caravans and thanks to Lewis just took delivery of our new Lunar Clubman. Fantastic service and a good well described handover and all round service ..... even my aunt said I would come and buy from here! Thanks so much Lewis”

“We have bought three caravans from your Tiddington branch over the years and have always been very satisfied with the help we have had with our transactions. “I was really impressed by the care and attention that Swindon Caravans gave us once our purchase was agreed. We purchased a secondhand caravan and once the deal had been agreed we wished to collect the van about 3 weeks later. On collection they spent around an hour ensuring we understood how everything worked, that we knew how to couple it correctly to the car and lighting etc was functioning correctly. The van had been fully cleaned and generally prepared to a very high standard. I was extremely impressed.”

“They haven't The caravan we purchased still has a lot off faults which should have been found on the predelivery inspection. As yet we have had no feed back on the warranty work that needs doing I feel this is a very poor service by yourself or lunar caravans.”

Hi Mr & Mrs Booker. Firstly many thanks for your custom and apologies for any inconvenience with regards the outstanding warranty work on your caravan. We are expecting all of the parts to be with us by the middle of May. Unfortunately we are dependent on the delivery of these parts from our supplier. If there is any way to improve the lead times then we will and we will be in touch again once all the parts have been received. I understand your caravan is OK to use in the interim and apologies once again for the inconvenience.
