“Having recently had a terrible experience at a different dealership we seriously considered giving up caravanning altogether, however, that thought didn't last long and we soon found ourselves looking again. We went to Swindon Caravans and fell in love with their last remaining 2016 Swift Conquerer 565. As they were making room for their 2018 stock, Andy gave us a really good deal and we took delivery of it in July 2017. Yes, a few minor niggles became apparent but these are being dealt with efficiently and courtiously. We are more than happy with the way Swindon Caravans have treated us and will not hesitate to recommend them.”

“Customer service was very good. We already had in mind what we wanted so didn't need any help with what we were buying, however, when our new caravan arrived we were made to feel valued by the staff at Swindon Caravan Centre. We were shown around our new purchase and given some top tips on the use of our new Lunar Ariva. Thank you Swindon Caravan Centre.”

“Brilliant after service, sent me a new replacement rear light next day after Luner stated 4weeks for delivery. Although my van was bought 12 months earlier and I live in the north east they couldn't have been more helpful , thank you well done .”

“We was new to caravaning and bought an old caravan privately. Found out it had major damp but still managed to get some great holidays in her. On the way back from our last holiday she really started to show her age do lasted 7 months. Decided to try Swindon caravans on high recommendation. Was a sad time as we really loved our old Bessacarr. Tina our sales rep was so helpful and caring to the point had my partner in tears with excitement. Not only did she find us the exact second hand caravan we wanted, but also booked us in to have all the major parts swapped over. Motor mover,hitch, reversing camera and stereo with no fuss and nothing to much for them, and all in time for our next holiday in three weeks. Tina helped us so much and cannot wait to write a review when we collect our caravan. This is what customer care is all about. From now on all servicing and shopping will be done here. Outstanding service Tina thank you so very much ???? Anita and Den”

“I can not speak highly enough of the service I have received from Swindon Caravans. Having made a monumental mistake in trading in our previous car and caravan for a motorhome, which both my wife and I hated from day one. It is true that motorhoming is a different pastime to caravaning which you either like or dislike. We kept the motorhome for just 4 months and having sold it back to the dealer we bought if from we had just 6 weeks before a 2 month trip to Spain. We knew we wanted a new Bailey Cadiz and having rung several dealers and having been told by all that it would be impossible to get one in that time I spoke to Swindon Caravans, on the recommendation of a friend, they were most helpful and moved heaven and earth to get us one. We took delivery just 1 week before our trip. Unlike previous new vans we have purchased it have virtually no teething faults and we had a great holiday Thank to all at Swindon Caravans.”

“I've been around a bit now, customer service in the UK is getting poorer and poorer, or so I thought, that was until I went to Reading Caravans at three mile cross, Simon was knowledgeable and informative, he was polite and curtious, Ian the guy that gave us the demonstration was an absolute delight, he didn't rush us and ensured we felt comfortable with the technicalities of the van we purchased. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them, thanks to both, you made it easy for me to part with a lot of money, we purchased a Lunar Clubman SR”

“Had to have my caravan window replaced at the Reading centre. First class service, quick in sending me the insurance quote, booking it in was quick and efferent, repair quickly undertaken. All staff were accommodating. Excellent all round, other dealers could learn from you.”

“My wife and I went to Swindon Caravans 'for a look'. We popped into the office and spoke to Lee. Lee was very helpful and within minutes I had bought a brand new Vogue 580SB. Picked it up today. Cliff was brilliant explaining how the van worked and sorting out the towball etc. Brilliant friendly service. Will definitely be going back when we upgrade. Thank you all very much.”

“In the last 4 months have just made our third caravan purchase from Swindon Caravans. Each purchase was easy, and we received a very satisfactory price for the old van in each case. “During the purchase of our caravan we visited twice to view the options. We were never hassled by a salesperson but they always responded to any queries with a good understanding of our need. We had a change of mind over which model we wanted, no problem, and again over an awning, no problem. Handover was good although a lot of technical enhancements did not register fully. (Memory issues). Overall a good experience.”
